WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT "Managing the Challenge of Employee Problems and Problem Employees" half-day workshop. Managing in today's workforce includes challenges as well as opportunities to help employees develop their fullest potential. Participants will learn how to confront conflict effectively, give constructive criticism and separate personal versus performance problems. Barbara Rudnicki is instructor for the program.
