WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and staff from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Communication Survival Skills for Women" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. Participants in the hands-on workshop will learn powerful tools used to persuade and influence others, and learn to avoid common pitfalls that can side track a career.
