WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Delegating for the Results You Want" one-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. The workshop teaches that delegation is the art of accomplishing organizational goals with and through others. Participants will learn that successful delegation involves focused goal setting and effective follow up and monitoring, and builds positive alliances with employees. Anne Schroeder is instructor for the course.
