WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT "Persuading and Influencing Through Leadership" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. The workshop teaches participants that influencing though leadership is taking a department, unit or organization to the next level with the knowledge, skills and abilities to persuade people to move in a new direction. The workshop allows participants to assess strengths and weaknesses, in terms of personal power, and to influence and persuade others to follow leadership. Mary Ellen Dorsett is instructor for the program.
