WHAT "Business Writing 101 - Basic Writing and Grammar Skills that Get Results" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. Participants learn the basics of business writing including the application of grammar and punctuation rules to gain greater reader understanding. The workshop takes an in-depth look at the importance of clear communications with business correspondence. The course is designed for those who are new to the business world, want a refresher course or have English as a second language. Jim Jacoby is instructor for the course.
