WHAT "Managing Emotions and Conflict at Work" workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. For employees who want to learn more about the importance in the workplace of relationship building, the pressures of doing more with less, and working through change. The workshop helps managers and supervisors know how to manage conflict in just about any situation, and understand how emotions and conflict affect job performance and learn techniques to manage them more effectively. David Kelley is instructor for the course.
