WHAT "Writing Successful Reports" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. Participants learn how to write reports that grab readers' attention and improve potential for gaining approval of recommendations. The instructor guides participants to assess, revise and edit their writing to improve effectiveness with emphasis on audience awareness, writing style, organization and format. Jim Jacoby is instructor for the course.
