WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "The Basics of Managing Projects and Processes" full-day workshop. The seminar is designed for managers, team leaders, project managers and others with responsibility for planning and implementation of projects. The course is designed as a practical introduction to concepts and tools, which can be applied immediately on the job.

·     Develop an action plan with accountability for an objective or task

·     Estimate and plan for project resources, critical path and a project budget

·     Develop a work breakdown structure and Gantt Chart for a project

·     Design a process improvement map
