WHAT     "Employee Coaching, Feedback and Discipline" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. For supervisors who need to address specific performance issues in order to have a cohesive, productive workforce. A crucial part of performance management is coaching employees and giving feedback regularly. A leader is expected to get the job done while developing others in the process. The skills taught in the workshop help supervisors improve effectiveness and comfort level with performance management issues. Barbara Rudnicki is instructor for the course.
