WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Building Trust and Integrity.Handling the Tough Stuff" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government. The course helps participants learn how to build trust at every level of the organization so that employees feel respected for their skills, creativity and contribution to the organization, and feel good about their jobs and workplace. David Kelley is instructor.
