WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Management Styles and Team Building" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Programs. The course explains how to analyze management and leadership styles, clarify roles within the organization and understand the dynamics of a cohesive team. David Kelley is instructor for the course.
