WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Leadership Basics.Strategies to Enhance Your Career, Image and Professional Network" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Programs. The program teaches the skills necessary to be a successful leader and what is expected of the leader. The seminar covers the steps of preparation that will set participants apart from the average leader. Ava Fluty is instructor for the course.
