WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT "Business Writing 101 - Basic Writing and Grammar Skills that Get Results" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Writing Programs. Participants learn the basics of business writing including the application of grammar and punctuation rules to gain greater reader understanding. The workshop takes an in-depth look at the importance of clear communications with business correspondence. The course brings participants up-to-date with the format and current trends of letters, memos and e-mail. Jim Jacoby is instructor for the course.
