WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Delegation Ladder.Steps to Get the Results You Want" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Programs. Participants learn the art of accomplishing organizational goals with and through others by successfully delegating with focused goal setting and effective follow up and monitoring, and building positive alliances with employees through delegating with finesse.
