WHAT "A High Energy Approach to Balancing Work and Life" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Interpersonal Skills Programs. Employees at every level need skills to manage work and personal lives. The workshop provides tools for making lifestyle improvements. Participants engage in self-assessments, discussions and problem solving, learn about strategies that work and how to overcome barriers, and leave with the skills to develop a personal action plan to create a balanced and high energy work and personal life. Patricia Varely is instructor for the course.
