WHAT "Maximizing Creativity for Optimum Performance" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Interpersonal Skills Programs. The workshop helps participants learn one of the most prized characteristics in today's workplace, creativity. More specifically, the workshop teaches participants the ability to find new solutions to long-time baffling problems. Participants learn a mindset that supports risk-taking and innovative strategies, such as how to maintain a high level of productivity when "fuzzy thinking," lack of focus or procrastination occasionally creep in. Bill Hammond is instructor for the course.
