WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Successful Negotiation and Mediation Strategies" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Programs. Learn how to resolve disputes, defuse conflicts or negotiate issues with management, staff or the public. The seminar teaches skills of mediation that the employee can apply directly and immediately on the job. The focus is on ways to produce outcomes that are more positive and stronger relationships in personal and professional lives. David Kelley is instructor for the course.
