WHAT "Coping at the Speed of Change...Stress and Time Management" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Interpersonal Skills Programs. The workshop helps participants learn to cope better with fast and constant change without forfeiting a healthy life balance. In this relaxing program participants learn how to slow things down on a regular basis, gain a better perspective on life, facilitate better problem solving, and be physically protected from the ravages of stress. Jackie Ferguson is instructor for the course.
