WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Manager's Motivation Toolkit...How to Bring Out the Best in Others" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Programs. The workshop teaches that everyone has a desire to be recognized and rewarded for achieving positive results in the workplace. Participants discover how to find the spark that ignites employees to do their best. Anne Schroeder is instructor for the program.
