Degree in Criminal Forensic Studies Now Offered at FGCU
FORT MYERS, FL - The Division of Justice Studies at Florida Gulf Coast University is accepting applications for the Master of Science in criminal forensic studies for classes beginning fall 2006.
The degree builds upon the BS degree in criminal forensic studies. Similar to the BS degree, the MS is an interdisciplinary degree, focused on making graduates highly competitive in the marketplace and fulfilling needs unfilled by programs at other Florida, regional and national Universities. The MS degreee will prepare students for work and research in advanced positions with specific skill sets.
The full time, 42 credit hour degree program has three specific areas of concentration. Each applicant is required to select one concentration: Forensic Behavior Analyst; Death Investigator: Criminalistics; Death Investigator: Human Identity and Trauma Analysis.
