WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Certified Public Manager Level II" full-day workshop. The seminar is designed for supervisors and managers to learn management of group performance. The four-day management development course is designed to introduce concepts and techniques involving the development and maintenance of cohesive and productive work groups. The course emphasizes the dynamics of manager and work group interaction.
