WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Staying Positive No Matter
What" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Communication and Interpersonal Skills Series. For employees who want to be happy and successful but sometimes feel there are too many roadblocks to effectively meet the goal, the workshop supplies the tools and time-proven techniques to help stay positive and fight negative feelings and behaviors. David Kelley is instructor for the course.
