WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Building a Cohesive Team" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Series. The interactive workshop introduces proven tips and strategies to help team members and leaders build new teams or strengthen existing ones. Through the use of real world examples and how-to exercises, participants collaborate with other participants and work on skills to build a high functioning team. Anne Schroeder is instructor for the course.
