WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "The Art of Being the Boss" half-day workshop. The workshop gives participants the knowledge, skills, experience and training to successfully supervise others, defines an effective supervisor or manager, and helps participants who have a desire to take their skills to the next level. Barbara Rudnicki is instructor for the program.
