WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Managing Problem Employees and Employee Problems" half-day workshop. Managing in today's workforce includes challenges as well as opportunities to help employees develop their fullest potential. Participants learn how to handle workplace issues such as conflict and performance concerns, and managing stress levels. Barbara Rudnicki is instructor for the program.
