WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Employee Coaching and Feedback" half-day workshop. Supervisors have an increasing need to address specific performance issues in order to have a cohesive, productive workforce. A crucial part of performance management is coaching employees and giving them feedback regularly. Barbara Rudnicki is instructor for the program.
