WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT "Success Strategies for Administrative Assistants" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. The workshop is a special presentation in honor of Administrative Professionals Day and participants receive an appreciation gift, continental breakfast and box lunch, and earn Continuing Education Units, or CEUs. The workshop teaches participants how to be a strategic partner with their bosses because there is no such thing as "just a secretary" in today's fast-paced business world. Participants learn additional skills to tackle office and business challenges, and methods and techniques to get better results and gain professional confidence.
