WHO     FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT     "Retaining Your Best Employees" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Series. The workshop teaches participants that hiring and retaining the right person takes commitment on the part of any organization. Once the investment has been made, keeping that good employee must become a focus. The workshop helps participants understand how to develop a culture where people are happy to work, anxious to help and reluctant to leave. Lorna Kibbey is instructor for the course.
