WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT "Communicating with Impact" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Communication and Interpersonal Skills Series. There are dozens of opportunities in the workplace for employees to use communication and listening skills to their advantage - with customers, coworkers and managers. In this seminar, attendees learn to move past communication barriers in order to obtain better results and relationships. The workshop promotes listening, advocacy and inquiry skills, which can produce more meaningful and clearer understandings between people in the workplace. Amanda Evans is instructor.
