WHAT "Who Wants Conflict? .Managing Conflict & Emotions Effectively" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Interpersonal Skills Series. The course teaches participants how to maintain composure and analyze situations so that emotions do not sabotage expected results. Participants learn to understand how emotions and conflict affect job performance and learn techniques to manage them more effectively. International speaker Allison Blankenship is instructor for the program.
