FORT MYERS, FL - The Florida Gulf Coast University Small Business Development Center encourages business owners to reserve space now to attend "The Entrepreneur's Law School" 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 27 in the Student Union ballroom at FGCU to explore legal issues that have impact on their businesses.

Attendees have the opportunity to speak with attorneys and other business professionals about legal issues that are important to the successful management of a small business.

The day consists of concurrent hour-long sessions that address specific small business topics including raising capital, real estate contracts and determination of the right legal structure, and immigration-related strategies for companies that employ foreign workers.
