WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and executives from the public sector
WHAT "Certified Public Manager Level III" full-day workshop. The seminar is designed for supervisors, managers and executives to learn about management of organizational performance. The four-day management development course is designed to introduce fundamental issues in the relationship between individuals and the organization. It reviews individual and organizational productivity, covers some measurements for productivity, and suggests ways for productivity evaluation. CPM Levels, I, II, and III are certified by the Department of Management Services as meeting the requirement and learning objectives of the management components of the Basic Supervisory Skills Training Program. Jim LaRue is instructor for the course.
