WHAT "How to Talk So People Will Listen" first of three half-day workshops from the Florida Institute of Government's Communication Series: "How to Talk So People Will Listen," "How to Disagree Without Anger," and "Don't Worry - Be Happy." The first workshop provides useful strategies for clearly and effectively giving and receiving information, and adapting to the variety of situations we encounter daily. John Lankford is instructor for the workshop.
