WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and executives from the public sector
WHAT "Certified Public Manager Level VI" full-day workshop. The seminar is designed for supervisors, managers and executives to learn about systems approach to management. The four-day management development course is designed to introduce basic systems theory and expose the manager to hands-on experience with familiar and unfamiliar systems. Participants learn two applications of systems approach: behavior modification as a way of looking at individual change, and organizational development as a way of looking at organizational change.
