WHAT "How to Disagree Without Anger" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Communication Series: "How to Talk So People Will Listen," "How to Disagree Without Anger," and "Don't Worry - Be Happy." This workshop provides useful strategies for sharing an opposing view in a conversation without ending up with anger, hostility or conflict to get the results you want. Ava Fluty is instructor for the workshop.
