WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors
WHAT "Don't Worry - Be Happy" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Communication Series: "How to Talk So People Will Listen," "How to Disagree Without Anger," and "Don't Worry - Be Happy." This workshop helps participants learn to control stressful situations by changing the way they think. Jacquelyn Ferguson is instructor for the workshop.
