WHAT "Fight or Flight.Confronting the Tough Stuff" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. The program teaches the skills necessary to interact more effectively with people, manage real-life challenges, and keep your cool while everyone is losing theirs.
