WHAT "Ensuring Professionalism through Business Grammar Update" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Writing Series. The course teaches participants the basics of business writing and includes the application of grammar and punctuation rules to gain greater reader understanding. The course offers an in-depth look at the importance of clear communications in business and includes class exercises. The workshop brings participants up-to-date with the format and current trends of letters, memos and e-mail. Jim Jacoby is instructor for the course.
