WHAT "Writing Job Procedures" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Writing Series. This seminar provides participants with the tools to effectively document how to perform job tasks in the event an employee is ill or is out of town. The primary goal of the seminar is to show participants how to write and edit procedures that readers can understand their first time through. Cheryl Vanande is instructor for the course.
