Shares "Live" Case Studies of How Professionals Help Small Businesses Grow
FORT MYERS, FL - The Southwest Florida Small Business Resource Network invites providers of services to the small business community an opportunity to learn how three successful entrepreneurs grew their businesses with professional assistance, 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 20 at the Landings Golf & Country Club in South Fort Myers. The event is a monthly meeting of the Southwest Florida Small Business Resource Network sponsored by Florida Gulf Coast University's Small Business Development Center.
Speakers scheduled to present include Madeleine McRae of USA Shutter Company; Gregory Nelson, former owner of a successful software company and now chair of SCORE (Counselors to America's Small Business); and Leslie Younger, business partner in land development, building affordable housing, and steel manufacturing for its steel homes.
Following the presentation, participants are invited to stay for the September "Network After Five" social gathering of the Southwest Florida Small Business Resource Network. Participants will have an opportunity to meet and network with attorneys, CPA's, insurance agents, business consultants, agencies, and other lenders and bankers.
The cost for the networking event is $15 per person. Deadline for registration is Sept. 18.
