WHO FGCU Division of Social Work and co-sponsor Florida Southwest Chapter for the National Association of Social Workers, for media and social work community

WHAT "Annual Social Work Awards" ceremony honors the Social Worker and Student Social Worker of the Year. Recipients are members of the social work community and nominated by their peers.

WHY This year recipients are assistant professor in the Division of Social Work Amanda Evans for Social Worker of the Year, and FGCU student Carol Nelson for Student Social Worker of the Year.
