WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT "The Written Word" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Writing Series. The course teaches participants the core concepts of business writing. This workshop will examine methods that help participants be clear and concise in their writing. The reader's point of view will be discussed, and participants will learn the power of writing "for others" instead of "writing to others." Additionally, five secrets to instant improvement will be revealed at the workshop. Lorna Kibbey is instructor for the course.
