WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT "Getting Results through Coaching, Feedback and Delegation" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. This workshop teaches supervisors and managers to give feedback regularly to develop their employees' skills. Participants learn how feedback maximizes overall productivity. Jennifer Cave-Smith is instructor for the workshop.
