WHO FGCU Small Business Development Center, for the public

WHAT "2008 Regional Minority Business Matchmaker Workshop" sponsored by State of Florida Department of Management Services (Office of Supply Diversity). Guest speakers will be Don Stillwell, Lee County Manager and Torey Alston, director of the State Office of Supplier Diversity. Their presentations will begin at 12:15 p.m. following lunch.

WHY The workshop provides minority and women owned businesses the opportunity to learn how to do business with various government agencies. The afternoon will offer one-on- one opportunities to meet with purchasing representatives from various government agencies including the state of Florida, Lee County Government, FGCU, Edison College, cities of Fort Myers and Cape Coral, LEESAR, and Lee County School District.
