WHO FGCU Continuing Education and Off-Campus Programs, for the public
WHAT "End of Life Care" A session on managing end-of-life care (an interdisciplinary approach). This informal interactive session will recap presentations on this topic made at an all day seminar last November in Estero. Facilitator will be Christina Gallagher, program manager of FGCU Continuing Education and Off-Campus Program.

WHY A brief overview of the November conference that covered a wide range of medical and other issues in palliative care will be discussed. To further extend the reach of the
conference, the sessions are being developed into on-line modules for continuing education. Participants will have a hands-on opportunity to access the first conference module, "Overview and Trends in Palliative Medicine." In addition, participants will later be able to work through the entire module independently, and meet again for discussion and feedback.
