WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for code enforcers, code enforcement boards, special magistrates, elected officials, attorneys and staff involved in collection of code enforcement related delinquencies
WHAT "Code Enforcement Foreclosure Seminar" full-day course. Through the code enforcement process set out in Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, this seminar covers the collection of code enforcement fines, costs of repair and enforcement, as well as the judicial system. The seminar covers other legal remedies as an alternative to the usual Chapter 162 system of fines and liens to ensure code compliance. Robert Pritt is instructor for the seminar.
