WHAT "Florida Teacher Certification Workshop" and "TIP Information Session"

WHEN 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 14

WHERE Ben Hill Griffin Building, Room 109

WHY Participants will learn how to become fully certified teachers in Florida. The workshop discusses several paths to certification, including teacher training programs, individual
coursework and state teacher exams. Candidates who hold bachelor's degrees may apply for course-by-course certification or may opt for the Teacher Immersion Program (TIP), which is grant-funded for qualified applicants.
