FORT MYERS, FL - Institute for Responsible Corporate Governance at Florida Gulf Coast University announces its 2009-2010 Directors Series season schedule and invites current and former corporate directors, senior executives and governance professionals to attend.

Programs will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Sugden Welcome Center on the FGCU campus. Registration begins at 2:30 p.m. with a reception to follow from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Participants may obtain education credits from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
