FORT MYERS, FL - Florida Gulf Coast University Small Business Development Center hosts a full-day and half-day educational workshop for both new and existing entrepreneurs beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 7 at Lutgert Hall located on the FGCU Campus.
Turning Your Passion to Profit will be the day's theme focusing on various subjects such as accounting/taxes, legal issues, funding, information technology, business plan development, marketing and government contracting. Local experts in these fields will teach the hour-long courses or tracks. Attendees will choose from the various topics and be able to take either three tracks for a half day or six tracks for the full day.
"We are very excited to take part in this workshop and support the entrepreneurs in Southwest Florida," stated Donna Flammang, partner with Roetzel & Andress law firm, an event sponsor.
