WHAT "Situational Leadership: How to Get the Best Out of Every Employee" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Taking the Lead Certificate Series - Part 2. The workshop will teach participants how to assess what each person wants from a leader, how to assess one's own leadership style, and what do to when things are not working. Jeff Graddy is instructor for the program.
